"Data-driven strategies for educational excellence"
We partner with federal, state, and local governments, development agencies, civil society organizations, and academic institutions to co-create solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
As the development arm of the Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), AISD bridges academic excellence with community-driven impact.
In a rapidly evolving education landscape—where digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning are becoming central to national development, AISD is committed to being a relevant and responsive partner.
We align our programs with Nigeria's education roadmap and global frameworks like the SDGs and Education for All.
Our work addresses Nigeria's most pressing educational needs including teacher quality, access to learning, and accountability.
With over 20 million children out of school, our work is not just timely—it is essential.
"A movement for educational equity, innovation, and resilience"
The Alliance for International Health and Development (AISD) is dedicated to strengthening health systems and enhancing well-being across Africa. As the development arm of the Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), AISD translates academic knowledge into real-world impact.
Our core philosophy is that healthier communities are the foundation of stronger nations. We are committed to developing sustainable, evidence-based, and locally-driven health solutions.
To improve health outcomes and well-being across Nigeria and Africa through people-centered innovation, evidence-based advocacy, and community-led solutions.
We focus on four key areas: conducting applied research, engaging communities in co-designing solutions, collaborating with institutions, and strengthening capacity.
We help by using evidence-based research, community-centered design, institutional collaboration, and strategic capacity strengthening.
We are creating a future where all communities are empowered to lead healthier lives through accountable health systems.
A future where health equity is driven by data, strengthened institutions, and empowered local leadership.
